Refund  and Cancellation Policy

The user is charged after the charging completes based on the actual energy consumed. If you believe that you are wrongly charged, retain the invoice and contact us via email at support@mojo.green for a refund. The onus is on the user to provide the necessary evidence for making refund claims. In case of refund claims without any supporting evidence, the user agrees that the refund decision shall solely be at the discretion of Mojo Green. The refund, in case of valid claims, shall be processed in the original mode of payment within 5 business days.
